"On the spot mobile payments" by Dwolla Proxi

Mobile users with Dwolla enabled mobile devices can now begin using a new contactless payment option called Proxi with movable Spots. Accepting mobile payments with Proxi does not require additional hardware, like NFC, chips or dongles. Dwolla is building a "software solutions to hardware problems" with a philosphy that people "should all be able to pay one another for whatever they want, based on the proximity they share to one another."
